ESD Storage Systems

ESD storage systems include mobile rack systems for the euro containers along with mobile racks for ESD containers, designed for safe storage of small electronic components. They are the ideal solution if the ESD-sensitive contents are frequently required at different work stations.

All its parts, including the rollers, are manufactured using electrically conductive plastic and are consequently securely protected from electrostatic charges.

Total load bearing: 250 kg*
Load bearing slides: 50 kg*
Load bearing boxes: 20-25 kg*

*The guideline relates to parts of the ISO 8611 based on evenly distributed loads at room temperature (20 °C). Different preconditions can result in different values – we recommend that you test the product before use if your requirements are close to the maximum capacities stated.

Available in the same overall size to take the Euro containers, though with different levels depending on the height of the ESD containers used.

ESD System Trolleys for small containers

ESD system trolleys for smaller plastic ESD containers with its simple handling abilities. Container boxes and material flow boxes can simply be hooked into the perfectly matched aluminium rail system. This ensures that you have everything you need for your work clearly arranged and on hand exactly where you need it.
