Steel stillages also known as Steel pallet boxes have been around since the industrial revolution due to their simplicity and the usefulness of the design. We do have access to a wide range of new, used and rental pallet boxes. Now includes Heras panel stillages.

Post Pallet Stillages

Designed as a versatile alternative to racking, the post pallets can be stacked and offer a way of storing items vertically without crushing the items underneath. Easily moved with a pallet or fork lift truck, the post pallet can also be disassembled for easy storage or transport.
There are large stocks available, which means our Post Pallet Stillages are available for immediate despatch.

Fixed Post Pallets

Post pallets are ideal for the workplace, with the capability to stack for easier access to materials or stocked items. These pallets are ideal for packaging and manufacturing areas, as their easily accessible storage means you'll have all of your materials on hand. Each unit is powder-coated dark blue and is designed and manufactured in the UK.

Mesh Fronted Stillages (Once used)

• We hold constant supplies of once used stillages with ply wood bases. These are constructed from heavy gauge 40 mm angle iron for the base and uprights, with a very strong mesh infill.
• The front face of the stillage is totally removable to aid the loading of, or the picking from, the stillages. A great all-purpose addition to your storage solutions, they can be moved by either pallet truck or fork lift.
• They offer a fantastic solution to smaller companies that may be considering racking, as these produce the same effect but with a lot more flexibility.
  Use them to stack 500 kg up to four levels high.
• Carry your older stock high in the air while your new stock can be picked at ground level.
• If you find that you are holding more than four stillages worth of stock, you can block stack the stillages side by side and back to front.
• Maximize storage space.

Steel Stillages for Heras Panels

Stack and store Heras style (Anti-climb) Mesh Fence Panels onto this specially designed stillage frame, which can be moved by a forklift truck around the site.
